At Affinity we work in conjunction with our customers to manage projects and help ensure successful and on-time completion. Experienced project engineers help define product requirements and our customer care representatives oversee the details on a day-to-day basis.
To keep projects on-track and eliminate any unpleasant surprises, we schedule regular team meetings to review product status and assign and track action items. Affinity provides a scribe to record and distribute team meeting minutes. On-line design reviews are held at appropriate points in the project to obtain customer approval before proceeding to the next stage.
